"Barbara was a key player in helping me recognize some of the pitfalls or issues that I face. I figured out how to remove my own blind spots so I could more effectively manage my relationships - up to my boss, or across to peers, or down to direct reports.
She's very intelligent, sensitive, and straightforward but very supportive. When I was trying to see something that was difficult to see, she guided me through my thought process. She asked challenging questions to help me see and figure things out for myself."
